## All Cannabis Sales Are Final

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements common to licensed cannabis retailers, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products once a sale is completed. This applies to flower, edibles, concentrates, cartridges, and pre-rolls, whether purchased in-store, via curbside pickup, or delivery.

## Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
