Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID showing your age at the time of pickup or delivery. Our products and services are only available under Washington DC's Initiative 71 (I71) gifting model, and delivery is limited to Washington DC and select nearby areas of Maryland and Virginia. Placing an order does not guarantee delivery is available to your specific address.

The I71 Model

Dr Feel Good operates under DC's Initiative 71, which permits adults 21+ to receive cannabis as a gift alongside an eligible purchase. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this model and confirm you meet the age requirement.

Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders may be fulfilled via in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or delivery, subject to availability.
  • Valid, government-issued ID is required at the time of pickup or delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we cannot verify age or eligibility.
  • Product availability, pricing, and menu items are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery/pickup, depending on the payment method offered. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
