Accessibility Statement

Last updated:

Dr Feel Good Weed Delivery DC is committed to making our website usable and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to browse our menu, place an order, and get the information they need, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access our site.

Our Approach

We work toward aligning our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — a widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities.

What We've Built In

  • Keyboard navigation — key interactive elements are designed to be operable without a mouse.
  • Text alternatives — images across the site include descriptive alt text so screen reader users can understand visual content.
  • Readable design — we aim for legible fonts and sufficient color contrast throughout the site.
  • Responsive layout — our site is built to work across phones, tablets, and desktops.

An Ongoing Effort

Accessibility isn't a one-time checklist — it's something we keep working on. As we add new pages and features, we review them against these same standards and make adjustments as needed.

Third-Party Content

Some elements on our site, such as embedded maps or third-party checkout tools, are provided by outside services we don't fully control. We can't guarantee their accessibility, but we aim to choose accessible tools where possible and will work to address issues that are within our control.

Tell Us If Something Isn't Working

Legal Framework

We aim to support the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act in how we build and maintain our website.

This statement reflects our ongoing efforts and intentions; it is not a certification of full compliance with any specific accessibility standard. We recommend a professional accessibility audit for a definitive assessment.
